Pilot & Pilotage

New administrative rules governing river pilots were adopted effective April 12, 2003.  Pda 300 - Port Captains, Pilots and Pilotage set forth the rules for pilots guiding vessels in the Portsmouth Harbor and Piscataqua River.  The rules may be accessed by clicking on the link "Pilots and Pilotage Rules".

The Pilotage Fees were adopted effective March 5, 2005.
