MOORING PERMIT FEES

(Applicable to initial applications and reapplications)

General Use Mooring Permit $10.00 per foot x length overall*

Shorefront Property Owner Mooring Permit $10.00 per foot x length overall

Commercial Use Mooring Permit $10.00 per foot x length overall

Commercial Use for Water Dependent Business $10.00 per foot x length overall based upon the

maximum size vessel allowed on the mooring

Commercial Mooring for Hire Mooring Permit $10.00 per foot x length overall based upon the

maximum size vessel allowed on the mooring

Mooring Permit Reapplication Late Fee $50 flat fee per mooring permit reapplication (to be

paid in addition to applicable mooring permit fee)

Decal Replacement Fee $10 flat fee per duplicate

MOORING WAITLIST FEES

New Mooring Wait List application $7 fee per mooring field or mooring subfield applied for

Mooring Wait List Renewal application $7 fee per mooring field or mooring subfield applied for

Mooring Wait List Renewal Late Fee $10 fee per mooring field or mooring subfield applied for

(to be paid in addition to the applicable wait list renewal

application fee)

TRANSFER FEES

Commercial Use Mooring Permit $50 per transfer request

Commercial Water Dependent Permit $50 per transfer request

Commercial Mooring for Hire Permit $50 per transfer request

General Mooring Permit to Surviving Spouse $25 per transfer request

Shorefront Mooring Permit to $25 per transfer request

*Length Overall is defined in NH Code Administrative Rules Pda 502.13 as the distance in feet of the vessel

from stem to stern plus the length of any pulpits, anchors, davits, swim platforms, dinghies, or other attachments to the vessel.
